Joel and Monique are our resident managers at The Establishment.

They have been in the industry for over 10 years - all of this experience within the Brisbane CBD/Inner City. Joel and Monique reside onsite in The Establishment and are responsible for all caretaking and letting (property management) duties. They both work closely with the body corporate committee to ensure The Establishment is maintained to a high standard.

They operate from the onsite office located on Level 1 of the Complex. Monique holds her Restricted Letting Agents License, and also performs sales of apartments within the building.
